Mion and Shion, the Sonozaki Twins from Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni.
Mion's Oni Tattoo never actually appears completely in the series, so I had most of it covered by the wrappings mostly to identify who she is, since the twins switch places frequently to deceive others.
